If you shop from lender to lender yourself, the accumulation of inquiries on your credit report can lead to lower scores and possibly less advantageous mortgage rates.
As a mortgage consultant, I make one inquiry into your credit and can then able to submit it to competing lenders on your behalf, ensuring the consistency of your rating.

CONVENIENCE

To enable me to work around your schedule, I am available during evenings and weekends as well as regular business hours. Depending on what is most convenient for you, we can set up in-person appointments or work via a combination of phone, fax and e-mail.
