About Nicole Crichton

Born and raised in Kamloops, BC Nicole resides in Kamloops with her son Ryder and husband John Crichton, former Canadian Olympic Ski Coach and current Sun Peaks Alpine Club Program Director and Coach. They divide their time between Sun Peaks and Kamloops.

Nicole works independently as a Mortgage Consultant for Verico Integra Mortgage Corp., one of Canada's premier mortgage brokerages. Working for this established and prestigious company allows Nicole to have access to the best products and resources in the business, which in turn benefit her clients as they reap these rewards.

Nicole obtained her licensing from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and is a member in good standing of the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC (MBABC) and the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). Prior to entering the world of finance, Nicole graduated from the University College of the Cariboo with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology.

It was a combination of a love of helping people and families, as well as an interest in the real estate market, that drew Nicole to pursue the mortgage business as a career. Upon purchasing her first home, Nicole learned that the process of obtaining a mortgage was much more involved than simply "getting the best rate". Being able to help people to arrive at decisions while accommodating their life circumstances, and thus making the process as smooth as possible, was immensely satisfying. Establishing lasting relationships with clients has been just an added bonus!

Nicole's post-secondary background and inherently curious nature provide an excellent base for her continuing education; she keeps on top of all the newest products on the market and stays aware of current market trends. Nicole has built her business on referrals from former clients and community contacts, and she believes in treating her clients as she would want to be treated. This means a relationship built on trust.
